Warded or non-warded lock?
If you insert MZ31/X249 key into the GM Z Keyway, and if it goes in then it’s a Non-Warded Keyway. If MZ31/X249 key does not go in the hole, the lock is Warded (This product).
Warded locks usually have wafers in positions 3-10; non-warded locks wafers positions 4-10

Thank you for your purchase. For orders outside USA please keep in mind that we can't help with faster shipment or any issues with your country post office or customs. In some cases the wait may be longer, depending on the policies of the destination country.
Please note that it's your responsibility to know your state and local laws regarding the possession and use of lock pick tools and accessories.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be within 21 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please use this form to contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form provided and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If a returned item is found to be in a condition that can not be restocked, the customer can then choose to have the item returned back to them. If so the customer will be responsible for shipping charges for the return. No refund will be issued. Please allow at least 3-4 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
